Guest Reviews & Ratings
My stay at the hotel was a bit of a mixed bag. While the rooms had a strong smell of smoke and were too close to the noisy interstate, the price point was reasonable. The staff service was a bit confusing, as they seemed hesitant to provide extra towels and the room rates varied for walk-in customers compared to online bookings. On the bright side, the staff were professional and informative when changing my room. The location was decent, close to the Air Force base, but noisy due to being on a major intersection with some maintenance issues. The dining options were average, mostly consisting of doughnuts and bread. Despite these issues, the facilities were sufficient for my needs.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were clean and had a nice big bed, but there were issues like standing water from a leaked window unit. The service was average, with some staff members being helpful while others were not as attentive. The location was better than expected despite being noisy due to a major intersection. The dining options were subpar, with mostly bread products and unattended areas. However, the hotel had some positives like an excellent location, overlooking pool, and being close to popular fast-food chains like McDonald's and Krystal.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms had undergone some type of remodel but had a persistent smell like gym socks and did not match the pictures as they appeared online. The air conditioning was noisy, and there was little evidence of extensive cleaning. On the bright side, the service was friendly and polite, with staff always available to help despite one incident with towels. The location was great for basic necessities and visiting the Air Force base, although some elements in the neighborhood were questionable. Unfortunately, the dining options were poor and barely attended to, with overflowing garbage bins, even though there were a few food options available. The facilities were average overall, lacking standout features.
